A condition of incomplete evacuation or evacuation once in two days or more indicates constipation. More than 90% of us suffer from constipation. People go without stool for days. Stool stagnated inside the colon (large intestine) causes toxins and parasites which create health problems.
Even if you pass stool daily, there is every possibility of some stool being left out. It gets accumulated over a long period of time and cause problems. Since we eat food 3 or 4 times a day, one evacuation in a day is not enough. At least twice a day is a must. Twice in the morning and once in the evening is still better.
Drink proper quantity of water to prevent solid body-waste(stool) being accumulated.
Other reasons for irregular stool habits are- less fibre content in food, drinking water at wrong times, colon filled with already stagnated stool, parasites inside the colon etc.
